Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Expert Deals Punta Cana, we want you to feel confident booking with us. Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
More than 24 hours before pickup
Full refund — no questions asked.
Between 12–24 hours before pickup
50% refund. A cancellation fee of 50% applies.
Less than 12 hours before pickup / No-show
No refund. The full service amount will be charged.
2. Cancellation by Expert Deals
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your transfer (vehicle breakdown, force majeure, etc.), you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative vehicle/time at no extra cost.
- We will notify you as soon as possible and work to find the best solution.
3. Rescheduling
- Free rescheduling: More than 12 hours before the original pickup time, subject to availability.
- Late rescheduling: Less than 12 hours before pickup — subject to availability and a possible rescheduling fee of $10–$20.
- Rescheduling requests must be made via WhatsApp or phone.
4. Flight Delays & Cancellations
- Flight delayed: No extra charge. We monitor all flights and adjust automatically.
- Flight cancelled (same day): Full refund or free rescheduling to the next available date.
- Flight rebooked to another day: Free rescheduling if you notify us at least 4 hours in advance.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method when possible.
- For cash payments, refunds can be arranged via bank transfer.
- To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking details.
6. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the completed transfer. We take all complaints seriously and will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include partial or full refunds depending on the circumstances.
