1. Service Agreement
By booking a transfer or any transportation service with Expert Deals Punta Cana ("the Company"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our services include airport transfers, private transportation, tourist tours, and related transport services in the Dominican Republic.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- Reservations can be made via our website form, WhatsApp, phone, or email.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us (via WhatsApp, email, or SMS).
- You must provide accurate information including full name, phone number, pickup date/time, pickup location, destination, number of passengers, and flight number (for airport pickups).
- Providing a valid flight number is mandatory for airport transfers so we can monitor your flight status.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices include the vehicle, professional driver, fuel, tolls, and basic insurance.
- We accept cash (USD and DOP), credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a prepayment arrangement was agreed upon.
- Prices are fixed at the time of booking — no surge pricing or hidden fees.
- Additional stops or significant route changes may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: You may cancel or modify your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time at no charge.
- Late cancellation (less than 24 hours): A cancellation fee of 50% of the total service price may apply.
- No-show: If you do not show up at the agreed pickup location without prior notice, the full service amount may be charged.
- All cancellations must be communicated via WhatsApp or phone to be considered valid.
5. Flight Delays & Schedule Changes
- We monitor all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your pickup will be automatically adjusted at no additional cost.
- If your flight is cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel the transfer.
- For non-airport pickups, please inform us of any schedule changes at least 2 hours in advance.
6. Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the original pickup time, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before pickup are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
- Contact us via WhatsApp or phone to reschedule.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must be at the designated pickup location at the agreed time. We provide a 15-minute grace period for non-airport pickups.
- The driver will attempt to contact you if you are not at the pickup point. After the grace period, the service may be considered a no-show.
- Passengers are responsible for all personal belongings. Expert Deals is not liable for lost or forgotten items, though we will make reasonable efforts to recover them.
- Smoking, consumption of illegal substances, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
- Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times during the ride.
8. Wait Time Policy
- Airport pickups: We wait up to 45 minutes after the flight lands (to account for immigration, customs, and baggage claim).
- Hotel/other pickups: A 15-minute grace period is provided from the scheduled pickup time.
- Additional wait time beyond these periods may be charged at $1 per minute.
9. Vehicle & Safety
- Our vehicles are fully insured, regularly maintained, and inspected for safety.
- Child seats and booster seats are available upon request at no extra charge.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a threat to the safety of the driver, other passengers, or the vehicle.
10. Liability
- Expert Deals is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked.
- We carry full commercial vehicle insurance for passenger protection during the ride.
