πŸ›¬ Airport Pickup β€” What to Expect

After you land and clear customs, look for your driver holding a sign with your name at the arrivals exit. If you can't find them, call or WhatsApp us immediately and we'll guide you.

We provide a 45-minute grace period after your flight lands to account for immigration and baggage. If your flight is delayed, your pickup is automatically adjusted β€” no action needed from you.

πŸ”„ Rescheduling Your Transfer

You can reschedule for free if you notify us at least 12 hours before your pickup time. Changes with less than 12 hours notice are subject to availability and may have a small fee ($10–$20). Contact us via WhatsApp to reschedule.

❌ Cancelling a Booking

Cancel more than 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Between 12–24 hours, a 50% fee applies. Less than 12 hours or no-show, the full amount is charged. See our Refund Policy for details.

πŸ‘Ά Traveling with Children

We provide child seats and booster seats free of charge β€” just let us know when booking. Our vehicle has full air conditioning, seatbelts for all passengers, and plenty of space for strollers and gear.

🧳 Luggage & Personal Belongings

Our van has a large luggage compartment that accommodates multiple large suitcases. If you have oversized items (surfboards, golf clubs, etc.), let us know in advance so we can ensure enough space. We are not responsible for forgotten items, but we'll do our best to recover them.

πŸ’° Payment & Pricing

We accept cash (USD and DOP), credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Prices are fixed at booking β€” no surge pricing or hidden fees. Payment is typically collected upon completion of the service. Tips are appreciated but not required.
